LEAPING BUNNY APPROVED
Motherlylove believes that beauty products should be cruelty free. We are proud to be Leaping Bunny approved. A global programme, Leaping Bunny requires cruelty free standards over and above legal requirements.
All of our own brand cosmetic and personal care products are approved under the Cruelty Free International Leaping Bunny programme, the internationally recognisable gold standard for cruelty free products. We adhere to a fixed cut-off date policy and proactively monitor our suppliers to ensure that our products continue to adhere to the Leaping Bunny criteria. Our supplier monitoring system is also independently audited.

Aromatherapy Trade Council Registered
Motherlylove is proud to be a member of The Aromatherapy Trade Council (ATC). The ATC Logo gives us recognition that we meet all the required standards that ensure our products are safe for the consumer and make no false claims.
The ATC acts as the first self-regulating and authoritative body for the UK aromatherapy trade. We have found that the greatest potential for effective action at various government levels, is in safeguarding the availability of responsibly marketed essential oils – to the obvious advantage of the public, profession and trade alike.
Made in Britain
Motherlylove is proud to be registered to use the Made in Britain Logo.
ONLY members of Made in Britain are licensed to use the official, protected mark. All companies that apply to use the Made in Britain mark may be asked to submit written evidence that they manufacture their products in Britain. The Made in Britain mark is accredited to businesses that sell goods that have been manufactured or have undergone a final substantial change in Britain before sale.
Motherlylove products are all vegan friendly. Made only with blends of natural vegetable oils.
All our carrier oils and essential oils are from plant based sources, with no additives or preservatives used. You just get pure vegetable oils from Motherlylove.
Is Motherlylove certified vegan? The simple answer is “No” we are not certified. Certification is very expensive and as the oils we use can only come from vegetable sources we feel justified in saying they are vegan friendly, without having to pass on the extra cost of registration.
Similarly many of the oils used come direct from nature and are therefore organic, but not certified.
